Refund policy

We do recommend ordering vinyl film sample swatches, available from our shop here before committing to a large purchase. If you are not sure about any of the vinyl films or about wrapping. Return and exchange are accepted; in case you have changed your mind or wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will then provide you with instructions that will help us process your case efficiently. Funds will be not be refunded until the returned product is received. Please note that customers are responsible for the postal costs involved when returning items; we will reimburse the return postage fees only if the error was on our part or the purchased item was found to be faulty.

For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you however this may incur handling charges and deduction of our initial shipping cost. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or is not suitable for re-sale.

For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item excluding postage costs.
